Frequently asked questions

How old do the puppies have to be to go to their new homes?

All puppies can start going to their new homes after 8 weeks

Our the puppies AKC Certified?

All of our breeder males and females are fully AKC Certified, along with all their hip and joint checkups. When you get your pup, you will be given paperwork for limited AKC registration.

What is Limited AKC Registration?

Limited AKC registration means you can get your dog AKC registered, but you will not be able to breed your dog.

Do you deliver puppies?

We can deliver puppies to surrounding states such as Washington, Idaho, and Northern California. Delivery of a puppy will require an additional cost that will be calculated depending on time and distance (gas, mileage, and overnight lodging if required). Currently, we do not ship puppies via air travel but might potentially consider it in the near future.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. This comes out of the total price listed, so if the price is listed as $1300, then the $150 will be deducted from that and the remaining balance due at pickup will be $1150.

What forms of payment do you except?

We will accept Cash, Venmo, and Facebook Pay, but we typically prefer Venmo.

Do except payment plans?

In most cases, no, we do not accept payment plans, but under very special conditions, we might consider it.

What kind of do food do you prefer for puppies?

We like the Purina Pro Plan for puppies under one year (Large Breed).

Will the puppies be dewormed?

Yes, we deworm all the puppies before going to their new homes.

What about shots/vaccinations?

When the puppies turn 8 weeks old, we give them their first round of shots with Spectra 6. This is just the first round. It is up to the buyer to schedule the next vet visit to get their next rounds of shots. You can also administer the majority of the shots yourself with three more rounds of Spectra 10 with Lyme every 3 weeks. However, these shots do not include Kennel Cough or Rabies, which require setting up a vet visit. When you pick up your pup, you will receive a detailed health record that you can give to your vet or use to keep your records up to date.

How long will you hold a reserved puppy once they are read to go to their new home?

We will hold the puppy for free for 3 days. After that, there will be a daily fee of $25 for up to 2 weeks. If you do not pick it up after 2 weeks, it will no longer be yours, and it will become available for other buyers to take home.

Do you reserve puppies for customers?

Absolutely! If you see a puppy available that you like, you can contact us to reserve that puppy. After a quick call, we will then send you some paperwork to fill out. Once your paperwork/screening is approved, we will require a $150 non-refundable deposit. After all paperwork is complete, we will place a special collar on your puppy to make sure it doesn't get mixed up, and we will send you pictures/updates as they grow older. After 8-9 weeks, we will let you know when it's time to pick up your pup and take them to their new home.
